Denominated Payouts (Stablecoins only): At the specific request of a merchant (partner), the Company may settle payouts using stablecoins (e.g., USDC, USDT, DAI) that are fully backed by fiat currency on a 1:1 basis. This service is available only for settlement obligations towards the merchant and is never offered to end customers. The Company does not buy, sell, exchange, offer, or trade any virtual currency, nor does it provide any virtual currency exchange or custody services to the public.
